STNA & CNA Training

Ohio Department of Health-approved STNA and CNA classes prepare students for the State Tested Nurse Aide examination. This program provides a blend of classroom instruction and clinical, hands-on training.
Course Topics Include:

Nurse aide roles and basic nursing skills

Communication and interpersonal skills

Mental health, aging, and end-of-life care

Hygiene, grooming, and patient mobility

Legal, safety, and disease recognition
Program Requirements:

59 hours of classroom training

16 hours of clinical experience

Total program duration: 75 hours
Prerequisites:

Minimum age: 17

Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 3 hours

Valid state ID (high school diploma not required)
Upon successful completion, students receive a certificate and are eligible to take the State Tested Nurse Aide exam administered at our school.
